Fabrication of 2 bundles

The following scope of work was carried out:​

• Supply material per chemical composition on drawing 00-104/1

• Fabrication of 2 bundles (LPG and Steam)

• Supply and fabrication of baffles, tie rods and 2 end flanges (460NR Boiler Plate)

• NDT (100% UT and 100% MPI for Nozzle Welds)

• NDT (Spot - 10% Radiographic for Bundle welds)

• PWHT LPG Bundle to 620 deg C for 1 hour (Note 1)

• Hardness Tests (100% Per requirements of 00-104/1 210VHN (200BHN))

• Hydrotesting LPG bundle to 4,500 kPa(g) and Steam bundle to 1,883 kPa(g)

• Drying out bundles prior to delivery

• Painting external surface end flanges and nozzles to an equivalent international paint spec from Dulux Durepon P14 

• MDR and QA Documentation (ITP, WPS, Welders Qualifications)

• Delivery to Site (Caltex Refinery - Lytton)
